Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in (thank you Rhonda and Ricky!). I had an online meeting midday and they gave us a late check-out no problem, which was incredibly helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the breakfast was great! Delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, an oatmeal bar, toast, bagels, etc. Little touches like packets of Frank’s hot sauce and fresh salsa were really appreciated. You can tell they really care here about their guests’ experience. We’ve been staying in hotels across the country for a month and this was by far our favorite.

Very easy to find. Great neighborhood. Across the street was a shopping center with several eating options. Super comfortable bed.

The front desk ladies were amazing! It was clean!

All the staff were wonderful with a shout out to Brittany who went above and beyond to accommodate our request.

Didn't get any, but it was nice that it was included with my stay.
